  • Annual: $39.99/year with all features

5.2 Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activities
  • Input false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service to harass or harm others

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS, OR TAX PENALTIES.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through email notification, in-app notification, or website posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
